Christmas Eve

We spent Christmas Eve in St. George with the Seegmiller bunch. We had a great dinner, Thanks Syd & Nick for the wonderful Chili, Colby and Brenda for the use of your home and the great Bread Pudding. We all had a great time it's always nice when we get together as a family. We are so blessed to have such a great relationship with our family, we hope you all enjoyed yourselves as much as we did. Thanks again!!

BORING

Ok.... it is official, we are boring. I was just getting caught up on everyones blog's and realized our's has not been updated in ohhh let's see... forever! Of course I then realized it is because we have not done anything in ohhh let's see... forever!! I figured I could at least post that we yes.. we really are being this boring these day's. Hope everyone has a great Christmas. I'll try and remember to take the camara to the Seegmiller Christmas Eve event and actually post a picture or two.

Vegas Air Show

On November 8th we took a trip to the Nellis Airforce Base for the annual Airshow. It's been a few years since we have been and it was fun to see again.

This is my 4th picture from the 4th folder. I guess everyone is just going to be jealous of how sweet my husband is. These were "just because" roses. He surprises me sometimes with beautiful flowers like this.

4 wheeler trip

ON SATURDAY SEPT 27TH WE TOOK A GROUP 4 WHEELER RIDE. THERE WERE 10 OF US THAT WENT. WE STARTED OUT JUST OUTSIDE BEAVER AND RODE ABOUT 87 MILES. WE HAD A GREAT TIME! WE RODE OVER TO MARYSVILLE, CANNONVILLE, BIG ROCK CANDY MOUNTAIN, AND DID A BIG LOOP. WE STARTED OUT ABOUT 9:00 AM AND GOT BACK TO THE VEHICLES ABOUT 7:30 THAT NIGHT. AS YOU CAN SEE WE SAW SOME GREAT SCENERY AND THE HELICOPTER WAS DEFINITELY A BONUS TO THE TRIP.







About 5 miles from the end of our trip as we were driving along the trail we spotted a helicopter, we could not tell for sure what kind it was but then as we were riding up the trail low and behold there it was sitting in the middle of the trail. Apperently someone had not been so lucky and went off approx. 200 foot cliff. Amazingly all he suffered was a broken shoulder. We got to watch it take off twice. We got delayed about an hour on our trip but it was well worth it. We got some great photo's near the helicopter and took some great video of it taking off.







We stopped and ate at "Hoover's" Tyler ordered a pastrami burger.... when they brought it out it was GIANT, he could have feed the whole table with his burger alone. It was great food though, and he did well... he "almost" ate the entire thing.

We took a little photo-op where the leaves had really changed. This was the most colorful part of the ride. The leaves in this area where so beautiful.

Happy Birthday Dad

On Sunday afternoon we had a family Party for My Dad's 80th Birthday. We almost had the whole family there. Dad isn't that big a fan of Birthday cake so I made cinnamon rolls (which he loves) and we had ice cream. Happy Birthday Dad... We Love You.

Last Saturday the 21st, Ryan had a summer party for his section crew up at the cabin. He was nice enough to invite T.J and I along. It was a lot of fun. We rode 4-wheelers, visited, and had a wonderful dutch oven dinner. Thanks for letting us tag along we had a good time!!

Denver Bronco's Game!!

In November of 2007 we traveled to Denver Colorado for a Bronco's game. It was frosty but we bundled up and had a great time at the game. They won by a rather large margin, I'm sure it was because we were there to cheer them on. We also spent the day before the game touring downtown Denver. It was just before Christmas and the entire downtown was decorated. It was so much fun to see.

Skyfeast 2009

Last weekend was the annual Skyfeast here in Cedar. T.J. got some good pictures. It was pretty cool to watch them take off and float around the City. They also had a remote Airplane demonstration. T.J. has decided he needs to get him one!
